Chicago campus: The headquarters for the Sisters of the Resurrection Immaculate Conception Province is in the Norwood Park neighborhood on the far northwest side of Chicago. The campus includes the Provincial Home; Resurrection High School; Resurrection Medical Center; Resurrection Retirement Community, a ministry for the elderly; and Resurrection Life Center, a long-term care facility for priests and religious as well as the residents of Resurrection Retirement Community.

Worldwide locations: The Sisters of the Resurrection is an international congregation with the Generalate of the sisters in Rome, Italy. The Sisters of the Resurrection minister in nine countries: Argentina, Australia, Belarus, Canada, England, Italy, Poland, Tanzania, and the United States.
